Terms & Booking Conditions

Draft for review — please align with Trevello’s official terms before launch.

Booking agent

Moments and Travels is affiliated with Trevello Ontario Incorporated (TICO Registration #5003057). Bookings are made through Trevello on behalf of the travel suppliers who provide the services, and are subject to each supplier’s own terms and conditions.

Pricing

All prices on this website are shown in Canadian dollars and include all taxes, fees and charges unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and may change without notice.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Deposit, final payment, change and cancellation rules are set by each supplier and will be shared with you before you book. Service or planning fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in advance.

Travel documents and insurance

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and health documentation for every destination. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including emergency medical and trip cancellation cover.

Consumer protection

Ontario consumers who purchase travel services from a TICO registrant may be eligible for reimbursement from the Travel Industry Compensation Fund, subject to the terms of Ontario’s travel industry legislation. Visit tico.ca for details.
